How to use:

• Take the bag containing 'cover compost' from the base tray and store it in a cool place.
• Place the base tray with the plastic lid on top at a temperature of 20-25C for 4 or more days until the substrate turns white with mycelium.
• Punch ten holes in the cover compost bag, soak briefly, then spread the compost evenly over the substrate.
• Replace the lid and keep at 20-25C for 5-8 days until mycelium shows, then move to a cooler spot at 15-18C.
• Keep moist with misting.
• Harvest mushrooms as they appear, first at the edges and then across the tray.
