Warehouse Packing Supervisors
Gedney Hill Nursery, Lincolnshire

The Role

The Warehouse Supervisor plays a critical and integral role in supporting the dispatch function at YouGarden. Day to day, you’ll be:

  • Assisting the Warehouse Manager in maintaining the smooth operation of the warehouse in a fast-moving environment, where you’ll be responsible for the management of people within the warehouse function.
  • Ensuring that the company's targets and objectives are met to meet customer SLA requirements, and that staff comply with health, safety and standard operating procedures.
  • Responsible for housekeeping standards and continuous improvement within the warehouse supporting LEAN process and continuous improvement.

What we'd like from you

  • Minimum 3 years' experience of operating in a supervisory capacity within a fast paced, highly pressurised warehouse and distribution environment.
  • Qualification and/or knowledge of LEAN management techniques.
  • Good IT systems knowledge and skills including word and excel.
  • A knowledge of plants would be an advantage.

Salary

Customer Service Supervisor
Head Office, Market Deeping

The Role

The Customer Service Supervisor plays a critical and integral role in providing an effective at YouGarden. Day to day, you’ll be:

  • Upholding our market-leading standards of integrity and service in all aspects of the role
  • Providing a point of contact for our call centre
  • Managing a small CS team
  • Preparing weekly management and CS reports
  • Approving invoices
  • Resolving customer queries and complaints by email, post and telephone
  • Handling Customer Service duties for our key clients and marketplaces
  • Engaging proactively with couriers and other key suppliers to resolve customers’ issues

What we'd like from you

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar Customer Service role. You should be career-focused, with a strong desire to develop within the business over the long term.

You should be pro-active, flexible and with an outstanding work ethic and a keen eye for detail. You should be able to demonstrate empathy and a desire to please customers yet maintain the interests of the business at all times. You will, of course, have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be a good team player.
