Marketplace Account Executive
Head Office, Market Deeping

The Role

Responsible for driving our performance and results on marketplaces such as Amazon and Ebay, the Marketplace Account Executive will be proactive in their approach, with a strategic growth mindset and be passionate about delivering best-in-class results and relationships.

  • Working hands-on with Amazon, Seller Central and Vendor Central accounts.

Catalogue Production Executive
Head Office, Market Deeping

The Role

This is an exciting role and offers the opportunity to create catalogues and sales materials, advertisements and marketing collateral in a fast-paced environment. Our catalogues are normally first to showcase our products for the year, which makes them an integral part of our success.

Responsible for the successful execution of retention and acquisition offline campaigns designed to meet business objectives of increased retention rates, predominantly, you will be responsible for working on direct marketing campaigns and catalogue production for 4-5 brands, over 10+ mailings per annum.

Along with this, you’ll be involved in a wider range of work including

  • Working with external data consultants and the internal marketing team to identify opportunities, plan campaigns, measure against KPIs and carry out post-campaign analysis to then inform future activities.
  • Managing production of our catalogue once per month as well as ad hoc insert/ door drop campaigns.
  • Creating campaign briefs based on a learned knowledge of customer triggers, interests and behavioural patterns.
  • A/B testing which will help you in segmenting our customer mailings which we target by buying behaviours (recency, frequency and monetary values), gender and by Experian mosaic profiles.
  • Maintaining a strong relationship with copywriters, internal design studio and print suppliers, including negotiation of costs to ensure that budget is used to best effect.

Of course, enthusiasm for the horticultural sector and knowledge of plants would also be a distinct plus.


What we'd like from you

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
  • 3+ years creative marketing experience, preferably with exposure to catalogues
  • A natural copywriter, with the ability to craft emotive, engaging and error-free copy, and edit supplied copy effectively within tight deadlines
  • Commercially savvy, with the ability to judge which layout, copywriting and photography decisions are likely to add value and boost customer engagement and response
  • Excellent personal, written and verbal communication skills, as an integral part of the role involves liaising with internal colleagues and external agencies
  • A positive mind-set, always ready to overcome a challenge rather than see it as barrier
  • Extremely well organised, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, coping well under pressure
  • A high attention to detail with a natural ability to proofread – able to spot errors and omissions that others may miss
  • Computer literate, proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel

Marketing Executive / Paid Search CRO Executive

The Role

Responsible for driving our performance and results on paid search, display and CRO, you’ll be proactive in your approach, with a strategic growth mindset, passionate about delivering best-in-class results and relationships.

  • A minimum 2 years’ experience in Paid Search role with demonstrable experience in improving Click Through Rates and Cost Per Conversion
  • Experience across Google Ads, Bing Ads and Facebook
  • Good understanding of Google Analytics and campaign tracking tools
  • Good analytical skills
  • Ability to work with a wide range of people from Marketing Executives to CEO’s
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Ability to work on your own with guidance from Management

Additionally, we’d love you to have a knowledge and understanding of Google Tag Manager along with hands-on expertise with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva for the creation of Display Ads

Copywriter (Maternity Cover)

The Role

If you’re an engaging and creative writer, who loves to sell the story behind a product, then the chance to join us as a Marketing Copywriter could be just the opening that you are looking for.

Initially for maternity cover on a 9-month placement, we’re looking for an enthusiastic, career-focussed colleague with a keen eye for detail and a knack for storytelling strategy. This exciting, high-profile role is office based and offers the chance to be part of something amazing.

Having worked previously in a copywriting role you will understand the importance in differentiating ourselves online and in print, and you’ll be proficient in providing great product and customer-care copy, as well as helping to maximise sales.

You should be a good communicator (verbal and written) with the ability to write short, engaging copy. Familiarity with Google Analytics would be highly advantageous.
