Product Information
Bold ruby scarlet rose blooms scatter across a plant of rich green foliage. This compact and well-branched shrub boasts masses of striking summertime flowers.
A plethora of flowerheads emerge during the height of summer, from July to September, boasting vivid, crimson petals. The literal ‘stars’ of the show are the star-shaped centres that evolve on each flower, from a creamy yellow to pure white in maturity.
Ideal for planting across the garden, whether in a patio container, mixed border, or a flowerbed alongside other vibrant perennials. So simple to grow and maintain, ‘Everglow Ruby’ even cleans itself for you, naturally dropping faded flowers so you do not even have to deadhead it to prolong the flowering season!
What’s more, as the flowers open wide to reveal a central buttery yellow stamen, pollinators will be drawn to them, transforming the garden into a hub of activity.

- Add Mycorrhizal fungi to the roots when planting to help the plant to establish quickly.
Care Information
- Roses can be planted at any time of the year, as long as the ground is not frozen, waterlogged, or drought-dry.
- Plant where it can get plenty of sun for at least half of the day, and where it will be sheltered from the wind.
- Roses tolerate a wide range of soil conditions, but thrives in deep, humus-rich, moist but well-drained soil, so add plenty of well-rotted manure into the hole if necessary and plant so that the graft union, the swollen area where the stems meet the roots, is around 3cm below soil level.
- Water well every other day - daily if the weather is hot and dry. Established roses can be watered around once a week through spring and summer - more if the weather is hot.
- For best results, feed roses in late-March/April and again in late July.
