Ordered plant, came two weeks later and was dead, called was told another one would be sent out 7-10 days, wanted refund instead- refund came through however not reimbursed for postage £5.99 3 phones calls later was told you would refund. Hopefully this is the caseProduct:

Good only in that they tried to remedy the loss of my first order in the post by sending me another order for free. The first order did not have a correct post code on it. It did not help that they use the worst possible delivery service - Yodel. If I had known this I would not have placed the order as they are well known for their incompetence, lack of care and any way of contacting them when there is a problem.Product:
They were fine but not bedded into their containers very well so all the soil had fallen out. It seemed as if they had been thrown about a bit in transit.
