There are multiple sizes of Chamaerops Humilis available at You Garden to truly suit every gardener’s preference and budget. The largest sizes offer instant impact in plant pots whilst the smaller options are perfect for those who have the time and patience to watch their palm slowly develop and grow across multiple years. Ideal for limited spaces in the garden, these will grow to a metre tall over the span of five years without dominating the area they’re planted in. They’ll continue to progress at the same rate and reach up to 2 metres in a decade.

Across the growing period, Chamaerops Humilis will form beautiful rich brown trunks with lush green fan shaped foliage, creating the quintessential palm branch that we all know and love.

Whether you’re looking for a palm for your balcony, courtyard garden or patio, Chamaerops Humilis will thrive in any environment and adapt to any availability of space. As they’re the hardiest palm, there’s no need to transport them indoors or to heated greenhouses over the winter so are an ideal choice for gardeners without these areas.
