This fabulous new hardy foliage plant is all about its large, silver-grey leaves. With a soft and downy feel - hence its name 'Angel Wings' - this really is a tactile plant that need feeling to fully appreciate the furry texture.
It is the perfect autumn and winter patio addition to mixed pots and containers, its leaves creating a somewhat lightening effect as the nights draw in, lifting the flowers nearby.

If is also great dotted in the front of mixed borders to offer evergreen interest, although avoid wet spots. It's very tolerant of drought too and loves the full hot sun.
Hardy to -5C or so, it may well survive below this, but the leaves may get some frost damage. The plant should regrow the following spring This makes it a great new addition to the autumn and winter garden.
I have been ordering plants from You Garden for several years. I have always received healthy and well-packed plants. Perfect customer service. You can always get a quick response to the care of the plant. I can always add to my order fertilizer, insect control, support for plants, pots. It is also very convenient. Of course, I am aware that the plant may not come in perfect condition, as in the picture. Any plant is experiencing stress waiting for its buyer just like in any garden centers. But even such plants are quickly restored because they were properly grown and have a strong root system.
All plants are age appropriate and are grown in the same pots in which they are sold, unlike some vendors, who push the plant into a larger pot and fill up the compost to increase their value. Its very user friendly site. All the necessary information, such as plant size, hardiness, attitude to light, planting and flowering time can be found immediately in the plant description without searching in Google. Big seasonal discounts are also pleasant and stimulate further purchases.
Five stars from me and I hope that I will not be disappointed in the future.
