Product Information

Rosa 'Graciously Pink' is a repeat-flowering patio rose, which becomes smothered in clusters of mid-pink blooms through summer and into autumn.

A beautiful, compact rose that will look magnificent displayed on your patio or outside your front door, this half standard has a long, slender stem, topped with a head that bursts into vibrant colour with clusters of fragrant flowers.

The double flowers are lightly perfumed, which makes Graciously Pink a superb addition to your garden and as a more compact rose, it's ideal in containers so you don't even need a garden to benefit from its scent.

A patio rose is a miniature floribunda rose and as such guarantees you a fabulous show of multiple blooms. They easy to grow and don't require much maintenance, being smaller than the average rosebush, so you can plant in the garden with confidence, for stunning displays for many years to come.

Perfect to use as groundcover when grouped together, Patio Roses are growing in popularity and are more and more being used to reduce erosion on slopes - so they are the perfect rose for ecologically minded gardeners.

If you think that roses are not for you, then why not consider 'Graciously Pink' as a low hedge  - with its lovely, glossy green leaves complimenting its blooms, it really is a great garden all-rounder and will give you vases of cut flowers for your home too!

Supplied as an established plant in a 5L pot, ready for immediate planting.

Top Tips

  • When pruning, make sure that your secateurs are clean and sharp to prevent squashing stems and introducing disease.
  • Add mycorrhizal fungi to the roots when planting to help the plant establish quicker.

Care Information

Aftercare Information for your 'Graciously Pink' rose:

  • Water well every other day - daily if the weather is hot and dry.
  • Established roses can be watered around once a week through spring and summer - more if the weather is hot.
  • For best results, feed roses in in late-March/April and again late July.

Planting Advice for Graciously Pink:

  • Roses can be planted at any time of the year, as long as the soil is not frozen, waterlogged or drought dry.
Plant your rose where it can get plenty of sun for at least half of the day, and where it will be sheltered from the wind.
  • Add plenty of well-rotted manure into the hole and plant so that the graft union (the swollen area where the stems meet the roots) is just below soil level. Add mycorrhizal fungi to the roots when planting to help the plant establish quicker.

Pruning Advice for Rosa Graciously Pink:

  • To prune, just remove any dead, dying, damaged and diseased stems and also deadhead regularly.
  • Traditionally, you would cut just above a leaf joint with a sloping cut away from the bud, however, this isn't necessary, and don’t worry about pruning too much - roses are very resilient and will grow back.
