Service rating : I have used You Garden twice now to order roses and each time there has been a problem with stock being unavailable. 2 years ago I ordered a large quantity and the dispatch went missing, so I got the items in dribs and drabs after repeated chasing.
Product : I ordered 4 roses and only 1 arrived. The quality of the only rose was fine, but I needed 4. I chased up and was told that they were out of stock, even though this was not indicated on the website at the time of purchase. You Garden need to be more aware of what they do/don't have in stock and check to ensure customers get what they order. If I hadn't chased, I assume You Garden would have just left me uninformed regarding the fact that I was only ever going to get 1 rose, not 4. This is very poor customer care.
