all my orders and plants have been good except my last orderProduct:
When I received the plants they were very dry since planting them in containers they have not grown at all very dissapointed all of the collection are not grown some leaves turning yellow I would like the option of a refund or healthier plants .

Was told plants immediate dispatch quite a wait. Generaly first time i purchased plugs and overall ok.
I think you need to look at better packaging as room in the box for plants to tip, & you may want to advise your courier that it is plants as 2nd box beat about.

The package was not left in the place I requested, but was left on my doorstep in full sun. The package was too densely packed for the contents and the bottom layer quite squashed. I followed the instructions to water and pot on the plants, but many are struggling. The lobelia are in especially poor condition. They were at the bottom. They are quite "leggy" 3 of the petunias are just about dead and a further 5 are not looking too good. Disappointing really.

Plants arrived 5 days after despatch parcel was left upside down and plants were all over the place and most dead with yellow leaves dried out. Not the first time had problems with carrier Yodel would not use them again very poor service.

I've had good service on the one time I had to contact them,Product:
About 1/3 of the plants were actually dead. 2/3 of the plants had bone dry soil. About half of one set of plants (20 plants) were in full bloom but had been bent and squeezed into a box and broke most of the flower stems.
Very disappointed with poor condition of purchase especially considering the quality of previous purchases.
