Good plants but unfortunately some had come out of their little 'cells' but have survived and are doing well. This was a one-off as all other plug plants that I have received have been perfectly packed.

Problem with balance of this order - computer glitch meant outstanding plants did not appear for despatch - Diane of Customer Services was excellent, explained what she would do once she had worked out what had happened - phoned me back twice to keep me informed & when resolved to tell me plants were being sent priority delivery - they arrived less than 24 hours later ThanksProduct:

When my order was eventually sorted out they were absolutely fine although I think they should consider changing their courier company.three times it took to sort my order with replacements as on arrival they were so knocked about they couldn't be used they were wreckedProduct:
Again once order was replaced they were fine but please change your couriers dump yodel for fresh live plants anyway
