A striking and easy to grow new Hardy Evergreen Shrub - deserved holder of the RHS Award of Garden Merit. It comes into it's own in Spring as the new shoots erupt boldy in a flourish of pinky red tips and leaves - slowly mellowing softer pink through Summer, setting of the elegant creamy variegated leaves.
A tough and unfussy evergreen, reasonably quick growing too, use it at the back of borders, or as a lovely informal hedge which responds well to annual pruning, or even as a specimen plant or in a large pot. Grow in sun for the best pink colour, though it can fade in shade.
A terrific new low maintenance Evergreen ideal for many spots in the garden.
