Imagine growing your own Cranberries for the Christmas spread, well it's much easier than you think.
They are tough, rugged little berries, that like naturally acidic soils - think scrubby moorland, so if you give them this, they are easy. This means most people need to grow them in pots, in acidic (ericaceous) compost, and you will be fine. They are quite a trailing plant, so choose a tall pot, or even a hanging basket, so the ripening red fruits can cascade down the sides.
Evergreen with small pinky red flowers in late Spring, the red fruits will be produced each Autumn. Pick fresh and enjoy in smootheis or juiced, or make jelly from them then. Should crop in first season reliably too, and for many years after.
Service rating : The plants arrived superbly packed and were top quality
Product : Really healthy plants
Free offer for strawberry plants was removed from order. I queried this with an email that has not been answered.
Thanks again for your order. We received no correspondence from you I am afraid, hence the lack of reply.
You entered a code for 10% off your order, rather than free strawberries. We'd be happy to add a pack to your next order though?
